Each successfully sent email counts toward your monthly quota: transactional messages, campaign sends, and SMTP relay deliveries all use credits the same way.

No. The Free plan includes 3,000 emails per month and 100 emails per day, with no credit card required. Upgrade when your volume grows.

On paid plans, overage emails are billed at $0.50 per 1,000. On the Free plan, sending pauses at 3,000 emails per month or 100 emails per day until the next period unless you upgrade. Free has no overage.

Credits are one-time, pay-as-you-go email volume with no subscription: 1 credit sends 1 email at $5 per 10,000 emails ($0.50 per 1,000). There is no minimum, so you can top up any amount whenever you need it.

Credits stay valid for 6 months from purchase, so irregular or seasonal senders can buy once and send over half a year with no monthly fee.

Choose Credits when your volume is irregular or seasonal, you want no subscription, or you prefer to top up any amount as you go. Choose Monthly when your volume is steady and predictable: bundled plans beat pay-as-you-go on price once you send around 50,000 emails every month.

Sending pauses when your balance reaches zero. Top up any amount to resume immediately — you never go negative and there are no surprise charges.

For $10 per month billed annually ($120/yr), you get your own sending IP with full reputation control, warm-up guidance, and isolation from shared senders. It is available on any plan, including Free and Credits.

Yes. Reloop is open source under Apache 2.0 with Reloop Labs use restrictions. You can deploy on your own infrastructure at no Reloop license cost: you pay only for your servers and email delivery infrastructure. Self-host is not a Reloop Cloud subscription.

Yes. Reloop Cloud (hosted) uses the published Free, Pro ($10/mo), Growth ($20/mo), and Enterprise tiers. Self-hosting the Apache 2.0 stack has no Reloop SaaS fee: it is not the same as buying those hosted plans for your own servers.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard. Plan changes apply to the current billing period according to your subscription settings.

You can request a refund within 7 days of billing if you have used at most 2% of your plan's email quota and include a clear reason, such as a missing documented feature, a material service failure on our side, or a billing error. Usage above 2% of quota, refunds requested after 7 days, and accounts suspended for abuse or fraud are not refundable.

Contact reloop.sh@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment date with your account, the charge, your usage, and the reason. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Opening a chargeback instead of contacting us is a breach of our Terms.

No. If you are caught sending spam, phishing, scams, or any other abuse, your payment is never refunded, your subscription is auto-cancelled, and your account is suspended. Abuse related terminations carry no refunds, credits, or chargebacks under our Terms.
