Add Reloop to [Claude](https://claude.ai) as a custom connector to work with your email from any chat. The connector works on the web and in the Claude desktop app, and you only set it up once.

## Prerequisites

- A Claude plan that supports custom connectors
- On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner has to add the connector under **Organization settings** before members can connect
- A [Reloop account](https://reloop.sh/dashboard)
- A [verified domain](https://reloop.sh/dashboard/domain) if you want to send email

## Setup

In Claude, go to **Settings → Connectors** and click **Add custom connector**.

  <Step title="Paste the server URL">
Name it `Reloop` and use this URL:

```

Leave the advanced OAuth fields empty. Reloop registers the client automatically.

  <Step title="Connect">
Click **Connect**. Sign in to Reloop, choose the organization Claude can access, and approve.

  <Step title="Turn it on in a chat">
Open the tools menu in a chat and turn on **Reloop**.

## Verify it works

In **Settings → Connectors**, Reloop shows as connected. In a new chat with Reloop turned on, ask something read-only:

> "List my Reloop domains and tell me which ones are verified."

Claude asks permission before it calls a Reloop tool the first time.

## Example prompts

- "Show me all inbound emails I received this week."
- "Why did my bounce rate go up yesterday?"
- "Create a password reset email template that matches our brand."

## Troubleshooting

    In **Settings → Connectors**, open Reloop, disconnect it, and click **Connect** again.

  <Accordion title="Tools act on the wrong organization">
    Disconnect Reloop, connect again, and pick the right organization on the consent screen. Custom connectors can't send extra headers, so the consent screen is how you choose.
  </Accordion>
  <Accordion title="I can't see Add custom connector">
    Your plan may not include custom connectors, or on Team and Enterprise plans an owner has to add Reloop first.
  </Accordion>
  <Accordion title="Reloop is connected but Claude doesn't use it">
    Check that Reloop is turned on in the tools menu for that chat, and mention Reloop in your prompt.
  </Accordion>
