Once your client is connected to the [Reloop MCP server](/docs/integrations/ai-tools/mcp-server), you can ask for things in plain language. Here are prompts to start with, grouped by area. Swap in your own addresses, names, and details.

<Tip>
Your assistant shows each tool call before it runs. Read sends and deletes before you approve them: email that's been sent can't be recalled.

## Emails

> "Send a welcome email to user@example.com with a personalized greeting."

Writes a welcome email and sends it from a verified domain in your organization.

> "List all emails I sent today and show their delivery status."

Pulls today's email logs and reports whether each one was delivered, bounced, or is still queued.

> "Send a batch of onboarding emails to these five new users."

Sends one onboarding email to each address you list, in a single batch.

## Contacts

> "Add a new contact with their name and email."

Creates a contact with the name and email you give it. Creating a contact doesn't send anything.

> "Create a contact group for users who signed up this month."

Creates a group and adds the contacts that signed up this month, so you can target them later.

## Campaigns

> "Create a campaign for our product launch announcement."

Drafts a launch campaign with a subject line and content, ready for you to review, schedule, or send.

## Domains

> "Verify my domain and check the DNS configuration status."

Checks your domain's DNS records, runs verification, and tells you which records are missing or wrong.

## Inbound

> "Show me all inbound emails I received this week."

Lists the emails your receiving domains got this week, with senders and subjects.

## Webhooks

> "Set up a webhook to notify me when an email bounces."

Creates a webhook subscribed to bounce events and sends them to the URL you choose.

## Templates

> "Create a password reset email template that matches our brand."

Builds a reusable password reset template with a variable for the reset link.

## Metrics

> "Why did my bounce rate go up yesterday?"

Compares yesterday's bounces with earlier days and points out the domains, recipients, or messages behind the change.

## Automation

> "Build an automation that sends a welcome series when someone signs up."

Sets up a flow that starts when a contact signs up and sends a sequence of welcome emails.

## Tips for better results

- **Name the sender.** Say which address to send from, for example "from hello@example.com". It has to be on a verified domain.
- **Ask before you act.** For bulk changes, ask for a preview first: "Show me who would get this before sending."
- **Be specific about time.** "Today", "this week", and "yesterday" work, and so do exact dates.
- **Mention Reloop.** If your assistant has several tools, saying "in Reloop" helps it pick the right one.
