Reloop is the email service / infrastructure (ESP + MTA). It is not a multi-ESP connector that sits on SendGrid, Mailgun, Resend, or SES.

### Is Reloop cheaper than Sweego?

At low volume Reloop's free tier goes further (200 emails a day vs 100), and both entry plans are around 10 (dollars for Reloop, euros for Sweego). At 100,000 emails a month Reloop is $20 with a dedicated IP, while Sweego Startup starts at €79.

### Does Reloop send SMS?

No. Reloop is email only. If you need SMS, Sweego sends both from one account, and you can use Sweego for SMS alongside Reloop for email.

### Where does Sweego host data?

In France. Sweego says it runs on OVHcloud (Gravelines) and Scaleway (DC5), and that data is never sent outside the European Union. It is operated by Mindbaz, a French company based in Lille.

### Does Reloop Cloud have an EU region?

Yes. Reloop Cloud runs on Hetzner, with EU data centers, and comes with a DPA based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. If you want full control over location, you can also self-host Reloop on your own EU server.

### Can Sweego receive email?

Yes, on paid plans. Sweego posts each incoming message to your webhook as JSON. Reloop stores incoming mail in threaded mailboxes you can read and reply to over the API, MCP or IMAP.

### Can I self-host Sweego?

No. Sweego is a hosted service. Reloop is open source under Apache 2.0 and runs on your own server with the same API.
