Reloop is the email service / infrastructure (ESP + MTA). It is not a multi-ESP connector that sits on SendGrid, Mailgun, Resend, or SES.

## FAQ

### Is Reloop cheaper than MailPace?

Above 10,000 emails a month, yes. At 50,000 Reloop is $10 and MailPace is $50; at 100,000 it's $20 vs $100. At exactly 10,000 both are $10. Below 6,000 a month, Reloop's free tier costs nothing, while MailPace's free plan covers up to 100 emails on request.

### Where does MailPace host data?

Its DPA says stored data is hosted in France and stays in the EU, except that outgoing mail is sent through SMTP servers in the UK. MailPace itself is a UK company, OhMySMTP Ltd.

### Can I send marketing email with MailPace?

No. MailPace's terms allow transactional email only, and its docs say newsletters and other marketing mail are strictly prohibited. Reloop sends both transactional mail and campaigns.

### Does Reloop track opens and clicks?

Only if the domain has tracking turned on. Open and click tracking are per-domain settings; new domains start with them on, and you can turn either off. MailPace never tracks them.

### Can I self-host MailPace?

No. MailPace is a hosted service, though its SDKs, templates and MCP server are MIT-licensed. Reloop is open source under Apache 2.0 and runs on your own server with the same API.
