Reloop Labs builds open-source email infrastructure for developers and AI agents. Reloop **is** the email platform (ESP + MTA). It is **not** a multi-ESP connector.

## What we build

- Hosted Reloop Cloud (email API and SMTP) at reloop.sh
- Self-hostable Apache License 2.0 stack plus Reloop Labs additional restrictions: personal and internal use allowed; no commercial redistribution, hosted services, or competing products. No Reloop license fee; you pay your infra. See https://reloop.sh/license
- Agent skills, MCP server, and agent-friendly documentation

## Who it is for

Solo developers, startups, and teams that want transactional + marketing email without lock-in, plus inbound email for agents.

## What Reloop is not

- Not MIT-licensed
- Not a SendGrid/Mailgun/Resend/SES proxy
- Not priced by stored contacts on Reloop Cloud
