Reloop is email infrastructure for developers: transactional and marketing email, real-time webhooks, inbound processing, analytics, and an agent-ready API. Reloop **is** the ESP; it runs an in-house MTA (KumoMTA), not a connector that routes through SendGrid, Mailgun, Resend, or SES.

## What Reloop is not

- Not a multi-provider email router
- Not MIT-licensed (Apache 2.0 with Reloop Labs use restrictions)
- Not a contact-list ESP (Reloop Cloud bills by emails sent)
- Self-host is not a paid Reloop Cloud SKU
